Return and Exchanges
Please read carefully
You may return any product(s) purchased directly from The3DMakerspace.com for a full refund, minus shipping and restocking charges, within 30 calendar days of receiving the item(s). No returns will be accepted for any products that have been used/damaged/modified/etc.
Customer Service is of the upmost importance to us. If you feel you have a special circumstance that may fall outside of our policies please contact us and we will try our best to work with you.
Please Note: If you request to return your item(s) after it has been processed and shipped there is a 10% restocking fee to help cover the inspection costs of returned items.
Order cancelations:
You may cancel your order for a full refund before the order is processed and shipped. A full refund will be issued if you cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped.
If you choose to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped it will be treated as a product return and our “Returns and Exchanges” policy applies.
Please Note: If you request to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped there is a 10% restocking fee.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns: 30 Days from the day of arrival.
To qualify for return the item(s) must be returned in the same physical condition as they were purchased, with all parts and accessories included, and packed in the original packaging. Unsealed filament can not be returned.
If any item(s) are found to be missing, broken or malfunctioning the return will not be accepted and you will be required to pay actual shipping charges to have the item(s) returned to you. If the shipping charge is not paid within 30 calendar days from notification the item(s) will be considered abandoned and disposed of by The 3d Makerplace with no reimbursement issued.
You must obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization # (RMA#) before returning an item by contacting support@The3dMakerplace.com via e-mail. When returning an item for an exchange, the returned item must be received by The3dMakerplace before a replacement item is shipped out. If you need the item sooner than that, you may purchase a replacement to be shipped out immediately. You will then be reimbursed, minus shipping charges, once we receive the returned item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 days of refund approval. Please remember it may take time for your credit card company to process your refund.
Shipping Returns / Exchanges:
We only replace items if there is a manufacturing defect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@The3dMakerplace.com, and please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs incurred with shipping item(s) back to us.
What is the restocking fee?
If you request to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, there is a 10% restocking fee for all returned orders. As we are required to inspect all returns this restocking fee helps cover the inspection cost.
Unauthorized returns:
Any return made by a Customer without an RMA# from The 3d Makerplace will be considered an unauthorized return (“Unauthorized Return”). Unauthorized returns will not be subject to a refund or credit by The 3D Makerplace. You will be required to pay actual shipping charges to have the item(s) returned to you. If the shipping charge is not paid within 30 calendar days from notification the item(s) will be considered abandoned and disposed of by The 3d Makerplace with no reimbursement issued.
Back Orders/Pre-Orders:
We do our best to keep our inventory accurate on our website, but sometimes things happen beyond our control. To better control inventory, all products purchased from The 3d Makerplace are shipped directly from us, we do not use any drop ship vendors. However, if a circumstance arises that you order an item that we do not currently have on stock we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss options.
Any preorders that we offer will be exactly that – an opportunity to purchase a product before we have received it. In these rare cases we will do our best to provide as much information as possible about when we expect to receive the item(s). Please note that sometimes preorders don’t arrive when the manufacturer expects them to.
Damages and Defects:
We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it is possible that damages may occur during shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or has defects, please contact us immediately at: email Support@The3dMakerpace.com and we will resolve the issue(s) immediately. If the box is visibly damaged upon delivery please refuse the shipment and have it sent back to us for inspection. Please take pictures of the damage to the box / product.If your purchase has manufacturing defects please contact us within 30 calendar days to address the issue. We will work with you to get the part(s) replaced. Please note that manufacturing defects do NOT cover user error, user damage, or user modifications. If an individual part has an issue only that part will be replaced and not the entire product.
